24.06.11 The location is not far from the old town, I stayed in peak season for 5 nights, price wide, it is pricy, the facility is clean and spacious considering Nice is a hot vacation spot. The kitchen meet my needs to cook meals, washroom is clean and functioning as well. It is closer to Carrefour, and a shopping mall, it was continent to get all supplies. Staff aren’t nice but acceptable.
24.05.27 Breakfast service staff was a good person and happy staff.
23.09.30 Hotel: On Agoda it’s marked as a four star hotel. It isn’t. In fact the sign out the front says three star. Immediately I feel as if I’ve been ripped off.
Staff: 10/10. Can’t fault them.
Security: 8/10. You need your room card to open the front door, and use the lift to your floor. Sensible.
Common areas condition: 4/10. Looks scruffy and is certainly in need of a major refurbishment. Marks on the corridor walls where people have rammed bags or whatever into them. Carpet is horrible.

Rooms: 2/10 Tidy but very badly designed and very tired. To begin, I asked for a double bed. I got two single beds rammed together. Completely useless. I could not open the door to the balcony and fit through the gap due to the beds being in the way (and the beds had nowhere to be moved to). The shower was in a ridiculous place and it was easy to see people had nearly wrenched the show fitting off the wall to try to make it usable without water pouring onto the bathroom floor.
All in all, rooms not good.
23.05.22 The room was good.
The location is quite near to the public tram.
