No elevator to the floors and very old style rooms and noisy and not comfortable mattress

I was amazed to get this hotel so close to the colosseum for cheap. Outside my window if I turn left there is the coloseum. This location is great for me! Lots of restaurants nearby, lots of buses and train right next to colosseum. I was able to go to Vatican with 81bus around the corner, bus 85,51, metro(subway) right next to the colosseum. Wake up early and take pics before the crowds. The hotel room itself is cute, romantic., moderate size room. Lots of “tables” to put my luggage and beauty supplies on. The sheets are crisp and clean. The towels are crisp and clean. They allow dogs. One weird thing they wanted us to leave the key every time we left the hotel. At first I didn’t want to do that, and tried starting fight with them but the staff was literally so nice I couldn’t do that to them so I started leaving the key with them. Lolll I highly recommend this place! They have 24hr receptionist which makes me feel safe and taken care of! I left my luggage early and someone took it up to my room before I got back. I ordered an Amazon delivery and they brought it up to me. Highly recommend this hotel! =)

Every-time i book with agoda i always get the most horrible room. I hope you pay your suppliers properly. the hotel is dated and there is no elevator. You cannot go out in the evening to party or do something else as they require you to leave the key + the reception is not 24 hours
