26.04.15Its a hotel style reception, warm and cozy entrance to the hotel. The rooms were great and nice, comfortable bed, table and chair. Overall great stay! The extra bonus is that they have bicycles to use for free. The bus stop from the train station is just outside the hotel, very convenient to catch a bus to and from the train station.
26.04.04 Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms nicely redecorated. Snack and drinks in lobby nice additional extra. Breakfast was top notch, if every in Lucca would stay there again.

Only negative is the pillows are so hard. Didn't sleep well. Softer options would help
25.03.20 Lovely stay in this hotel within the walls of Lucca. Very helpful reception staff who recommended a fabulous restaurant for our evening meal. The hotel provides free Prosecco/beer and snacks each evening which is a bonus. Rooms are nicely decorated, modern bathroom. Would stay here again.
