Great hotel with facilities and located only 20 mins walk from the tower and the airport. You can easily walk everywhere

The hotel is very close to the airport and the station. I was expecting a larger room, but it was quite small. The breakfast was nice, but there wasn't much variety; it was a basic breakfast.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Close to train station and short walk to old town.

I arrived in Pisa at 0.15am by train. Because of the plan, I needed a hotel near the station and 24 hours reception. Hotel Terminus was sufficient for what I wanted and even more eventually. The location is 2 blocks walking from the station, there were not much people walking at that time. I didn’t feel so safe because I’m woman and a little dark on the way, but I think it is no problem to walk just for 5 mins after midnight. Only the hotel had light, easy to find! The door was closed but I could enter once I ring the bell. The guy at reception completely may check-in less than 5 mins and let me have a rest smoothly. The room is so warm and even the bathroom too. Outside was 1,2 degrees at the time, I appreciated their hospitality a lot . Next morning, there was breakfast. Enough variety, especially I loved their croissants!! There were 2-3 kinds and it was warm!! Coffee was served by machine, some guy ( maybe Italian ) ordered coffee at the counter. I didn’t ask but maybe it is charged? Worth for more than money to stay. I loved their hospitality and classic vibes. It was felt like 80’s European hotel. I just imagine because I did not live in 80’s.

I highly recommend this place! The staff are very professional and keep everything spotless. It’s also wonderfully quiet at night, which made for a great night’s sleep. We arrived two hours early, and since our room was ready, they kindly allowed us to check in right away. Excellent service and hospitality — I highly recommend it!
