26.02.17 Had a nice stay. Easy check-in option and friendly staff. The only disadvantage is climbing the staircase to level 2, which was very exhausting to carry all luggages and climb. Rest all is good for a short stay.

26.02.03 Awesome location and has so much potential. Lorenzo and Diego are wonderful and helpful. Some suggestions:
Add a healthier option at breakfast, such as a plate of tomatoes, a bowl of fruit or maybe a bowl of salad. Brown sugar and brown bread would be a nice option too.
Housekeeping and breakfast staff can be friendlier, even if they "no capitto" English. Smiling is a world wide standard symbol to tell other people that you are happy to be there with them.
Move the check-in process to the same building if you can.
26.01.30 Great location, walking distance to Rome Termini, Trevi Fountain, supermarket, Colleseum and a huge range of cafes and restaurants.
Negatives:
No elevator so hard with suitcases
Check in is at a different address nearby so again it's hard with suitcases! You can't just ask the taxi to wait for you to check in. It would cost heaps!
Breakfast is mainly sweets, good coffee but a bowl of fruit or salad would be great.
The staf (apart from Lorenzo) seem to hate their job and hate people!!!
The location is amazing but I'm afraid it's not enough of a reason to come back.
