26.04.08 Rooms are clean and new but no AC running. Advised the guests just to open window. Still no good ventilation. Felt like sleeping in a Sauna. 1 out of 2 treadmills not working (seems like purposedly left unserviced). A surprise also in Bologna tourist tax 4euro per pax. (Normally 4euro per night but Bologna seems doubled as counted 2 pax per room)
25.11.27 We went to the SPA with the familyt but was not so good. the water in the Jacuzzi was cold and not warm. I would not recommend it.
25.05.09 Not a great hotel. When I checked in, the gentleman at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. Instead of being polite, he sounded more like he was giving a warning — as if I were receiving charity. When I got to the room, there were no complimentary tea or coffee packets, which are usually standard. I asked for a tea bag and was charged 0.5 euros — laughable. Overall, a terrible experience.
24.05.16 The staff were friendly and accommodating and the room was clean. The downside was the location being far from the downtown area and the bed was of low quality and comfort.
