The hotel does not have any spa; the gym was OUT OF ORDER; the housekeeping department was most disappointing & very unprofessional; On 1st day, I had asked for an Iron with an ironing board : that day, a person came back to collect them at 12:00 Midnight when I was in my deep sleep (can anybody imagine this ?); On 3rd day also, I had ordered the same from the housekeeping department & then called up the manager of housekeeping department to get it collected so that nobody disturbs me in my sleep; the manager told me that there was no need for that & that I should go to bed without any issues; I was really annoyed again when a person came to collect them again at a very odd & inconvenient time (very early morning) & again my sleep got disturbed; it was very pathetic;
The in-house safe is not bolted to the cupboard. It is loose. Also no sprinkler system in place in the room. At checkout they do not provide the correct bill.
They insisted I should checkout before 10 am. Does not want to give me an invoice or receipt.
Awful stay overall. Hotel is bad and the clientele is shady.
