1. While booking through Agoda, I was required to pay for an extra bed for my 7-year-old child. However, upon arrival, no extra bed was provided in the room despite the additional payment. 2. The room air conditioner was making excessive noise, which affected our comfort. 3. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, but the bathroom cleanliness was below expectations and could have been improved. 4. Both Agoda and the hotel website displayed two swimming pools as available facilities. However, the hotel staff allowed guests to use only one pool. This restriction was not mentioned anywhere in the booking terms or hotel conditions. 5. The reception staff was not professional in their communication and customer service. Overall: The stay had some positive aspects, particularly the room cleanliness, but issues with the extra bed, air conditioning, bathroom hygiene, swimming pool access, and staff professionalism negatively impacted the experience.

Photos and amenties showed in agoda were totally diff , I paid 20k for my stay i checked in at 10pm . They are providing normal suite in name of presidential suite . Disgusting services . Never suggesting this to anyone specially couples
