We stayed for 3 nights.Room was spacious with view to artificial lake.Huge property,away from city noise , well maintained , multiple recreational facilities are available, pool was clean , multiple options in breakfast,supportive staff.Complementary evening boat ride was ok as no one is allowed to go upstairs and would limit the experience.I would suggest to hire vehicle as one has to walk around 1km and might struggle to find auto.

Food was overpriced n tasteless, room service was delayed, room ac was not proper.

Having said that it is one of the 5-star properties in Alleppy but the rooms look old and do not give 5 5-star resort feeling. We stayed in their premium cottage. We had a breakfast buffet there, The spread was quite decent but taste was average. The sunset cruise goes to Vembanad lake but does not stay there for you to watch the sunset, takes an immediate U-turn as soon as it reaches Vembanad Lake. We stayed there for a nigh in March Last week, It was super hot at noon, not a good choice to visit in these months.

Fantastic welcome to the resort, room was ok but the pigeons and poop on the balcony did not allow for us to enjoy it. Our shower leaked but that was rectified immediately. Air-conditioner and there was hot water with a powerful flow. The fridge or mini cooler as they call it would take about a day and a half for the water to get cold. Asif the barman was very friendly and appreciated comments and/or suggestions on cocktails. Sanjit at the pool was very friendly and made an effort everyday to say hello and make conversation. I do suggest the pool area be tended too such as keep it clean. The floors could do with a sweep, I noticed previous alcohol beer bottles present on our first day and along with our beverages had been sitting in the area for the duration of our stay. I do suggest the umbrellas, chairs and tables are organized in a way so we don't have to move them. Umbrellas closer to the pool would provide shade over the pool for those of us who like to use the pool during mid day. Sunset cruise was great but would suggest some commentary regarding the area, lake etc for the 1hr trip.
