26.05.15Checkin got delayed a bit. Resort front desk had difficulty getting confirmation from Reservation office in Cochin. Never before had this challenge anytime before.
Secondly assigned room washroom had bad smell. Upon reporting this immediately I was shifted to another room which was perfect.
Had nice stay. Good property, well maintained. Courteous staff.
One suggestion though, Wish morning breakfast quality & choice of items were of better quality.
26.05.05 The lakesong resort was exceptional. The location and services they provided was equally exceptional. They provided complementary cruise ride which gave us the best sunset view and it made our day. Even I had requested them to arrange surprise which was nicely executed.
