Average price for Venice City Centre. The location is amazing, few steps from San Marco Square and around 10min from Rialto Bridge. The suite very spacious and comfortable! Amazing view from our window! Totally recommend it!

Staffs should learn how to sincerely welcome the guest, and not just dispose after giving the keys. I saw a guest almost pleading the receptionist into looking for an ambulance, but the staff was just annoyed that she was the only staff on duty and that we had to understand her even if the situation was emergency. The location is near to everything, something to compensate for the poor handling of staff.

We had the suite and the experience was very good. Room had tall cieling and was spacious. Perfect for family of four. Two full baths. I was very happy with service and check in. We had a tiny issue where a fuse or something broke leaving half the lights not working and they fixed it in less than five minutes. The location is the best part about this hotel. Extremely easy to get to from water taxi and it is only half a block from San marks. The people at front desk and leading up to our stay were great communicators. Helpful and fast responses. It would be nice to have coffee and a couple cups in the kitchenette. But this hardly tainted our time. This is a great choice.
