26.05.24Our stay at hotel de Lanzi was very pleasant. We were central to everything and staff were more than friendly. Our room didn’t have a refrigerator but staff kept my medication in their bar fridge that I was able to access through their receptionist.
The biggest plus is their breakfast. It was really good.
26.05.12 위치가 일단 넘사입니다. 기차역에서는 15분쯤 걸리는데 두오모성당 바로옆이라 위치는 너무좋아요. 엘레베이터도 다있고 오래되었지만 깨끗하고 직원분들 다 친절하십니다. 다만 냉장고가 없고 조식이 7시30분부터라서 너무 늦어서 먹기가어려운게 단점입니다. 그리고 키는 매번 맡기고 나가야합니당!

26.01.05 The location is really perfect. You can walk straight to Duomo from hotel door. It very convenient and close to shopping area. I really love it and hope I can be back.
The room is quite small but it's okay for short stay. I slept well anyway.
The lift is always broken but it's okay because the hotel only on the second floor. But I also noticed there's no room for storing luggages, it's really risky in Florence.
Anyone can walk in and pick up your luggages at anytime.
The hotel staff in general is great except those who worked in dining room, she seems angry and controlling. We can not choose the seat to eat but instead she will manage everything with frown face.
Overall I'm happy and might consider as option if I have a chance to go back to Florence.
