26.02.21Room was clean and comfortable. We traveled as a couple. Water smelled really bad in room for shower/sink and was unpleasant. Breakfast was ok, good fruit/salad, dry/stale breads (accept if sourdough out,that was good), greasy rices/noodles,soups good,but staff kind. Close walk to beach. Had a streetview, very very loud until 1-2am with singing bars nearby,not always pleasant sounding. Very busy area with many things nearby. No budget street vendor foods, mainly restaurants so keep in mind for meal costs. Pool area cute between buildings-bad part,tables but made for smokers only so unpleasant, many pigeons poop in pool and bathe in pool so feels unhygenic to swim in-so be careful...maybe some pigeon control is needed. Room had huge window but no screens so could not keep open. Again, rooms clean, staff nice but we wouldnt stay here again.
25.12.29 What the hotel lacks in amenities it makes up for with the rooms being cleaned daily and with a great location for exploring Karon and the beach which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
Pros- Front desk staff are super friendly.
The rooms are a fair size and are cleaned daily to a high standard.
Location is great for bars and restaurants in the Karon area.
Has a decent sized pool for a quick dip....although I wouldn't want to spend too much time there as it is enclosed with buildings either side and a great beach 5 minutes away.
Cons
If you are looking for luxury then this isn't the place for you...it is a basic to mid range hotel and that is reflected in the price but as mentioned the cleanliness and location make it acceptable.
Breakfast..really should have an egg station and eggs cooked to order.
Out with that there is enough food to keep you going through the morning and again the breakfast location is nice and clean.
