The staff is very nice and respectful. Check in was easy. Breakfast comes with the stay. Most important to me is the room was clean and smelled clean. No extra charges.

Kind of run down, but not the worst ive seem. For the price it was a good deal. A traveler hiking the parks and trails in south utah. Was clean enough. A bit Musky, but i wasnt complaining.

Staff friendly, comfortable beds, noisy HVAC, carpet needs cleaning, tub re-surfacing needs repair,

There was no hot water the whole time we stayed there. The water that came out of the sink and tub was brown. Called front desk about it and said they’re taking care of the issue, called us back said it was fixed. Check the water and still no hot water and water coming out is dirty water. The room got hot when we had the ac running, during winter. Breakfast was okay.

Excellent hotel I definitely recommend it
