24.07.16When I checked in the lady at front desk was great. Very informative, very pleasant, I wish I had gotten her name. The guy at front desk the following day was absolutely horrible and not helpful. Me and my son were locked out of room after grabbing some breakfast. Walked downstairs to fix situation, it was like I was interrupting his phone call or something, he was very irritated that he had to help me. The whole time I can not understand a word he says. He gives me back key card, I go try again, still does not work. I do this 3 times before I’m so fed up to where I call him and tell him to fix the damn door, at that point I don’t care what he needs to do but get me into my room. Because of this 30 minute lock out I’m late to get to my kayaking excursion, luckily they were very understanding! Worst customer service EVER!!
