25.11.10Room was renovated and clean. Bathroom very clean and great soaps. Fridge and microwave. Halls were being painted so didn’t rate outside room.

25.10.30I don’t know what smell that was but it was bad. I requested a non-smoking room. That smell was not for a non-smoking room but because we checked in very late and was tired, I didn’t bother to complain. The aircon had a hissing sound. Glad we left by 5:30am.

24.06.06Access COTA easily and with NO traffic by getting on I35, after a few miles exit to go east a short distance on TX road 80, then go north on TX road 21, then finally take Farm Road 812 to the west and in 45min you'll be at COTA and skipping all the heavy traffic coming from Austin/I35 to COTA. Friendly staff (assisted with my online order deliveries) and a nice basic breakfast with staff checking regularly for any items that may run low and topping up as needed.
