Perfect place to stay located in a good place perfect worker’s

Bugs everywhere. All over the walls, all over the tables, in the bed. Cigarette burns on the comforters, greasy hand print marks on the headboard. Front desk switched us rooms and had roaches all over the wall, worse than original room. Third and final room we were moved too at 2 am didn’t have any bugs but took until 4 am to cool down enough to fall asleep since ac was off for hours in the Texas heat. 10/10 would never stay here again

How my stay went at days inn first night was horrible boyfriend stepped on a roach and found a dead one on wall so we packed everything immediately and went to office soon as I arrived to room it was wrong room. Paid for king and got a queen room was so small and soon as I walked in bed was dirty pillow cases was dirty towels were black room was just a problem we didn’t get moved rooms till 5 am we was supposed to be giving a extra night or discount but since I booked through app the owner and manager said I have to get my money back on app that I booked on.
