check-in was fast nice employees.
TV didnt work in 1st room had to move.
cheap get what you pay for.
This was the most horrible experience ever! The description stated we would have a microwave and refrigerator but once arriving there wasnt one. The Tv didnt work properly. The furniture was old chipped and ripped up. The bathroom was dirty...toliet wasnt cleaned. Also the front door wouldn't lock. I didnt sleep at all. On top of that, the people next door played music loud all night and groups of people were outside on parking lot with loud music and talking at like 1:00am. Then I heard gunshots outside on property. Please be wise and go somewhere else .
A family emergency came up and I needed to leave the morning after my check in. The individual at the front desk early Friday morning was asleep and not arousable to check out; multiple phone calls were made by myself and EXPEDIA personnel to confirm my departure and request to receive a refund for the additional two nights....STILL UNABLE to connect with the hotel for assistance with this matter.
Apparently under your new ownership. They have not had the $ to fix and fix. The computer crashed and lost mine and 2 others that I know of and had no more rooms. The one room that was available they found that it was prepaid and not pay at the hotel. Management finally found a room that had been cleaned that was not notified to the front desk. Had to pay full IN CASH as their credit card machine was not working. No internet. AC unit was unable to go to heat mode. TV worked but no reception. Several lights did not work. Apparently the back building was condemned by the county. Lots of weekly or monthly residents of not so great appearance. Many unoccupied rooms that were not fit to stay.
There was a lot of traffic and I didn’t realize that there was a nightclub inside the hotel it was peaceful location
