Its a really good place and its close with the stations

The hotel staff are very accomodating. They reply right away everytime I have questions to ask. The hotel is very accessible to the subway and has a lot of food restaurants to eat. The hotel is also clean and has ammenities. If I will ve given the chance to go back to Korea, I will definitely will go back to Charm Hotel.

Great location. Close to station, nearby Olive young. Quiet despite our room being in the main floor. (Thank you for giving us main floor room. We had too many luggage). Clean and simple. Washroom is good too, might need to bring a bigger towel if you are used to regular size towel. Otherwise good place to stay at.

For the price and location (5 min from a subway station), the price is great for a single room with a bathroom. The place is old, though, and the staff were unfriendly when I checked in and nowhere to be found when I needed fresh towels. That said, if you're on a budget and resourceful this place is just fine.

Booked this thinking it's a simple hotel to stay with my daughter but it turns out to be a 'pink motel' according to the duvet cover. What's worse was there's a cockroach and we tried to tell the receptionist but nobody happened to be around. We had to sleep with it. However when the receptionist was available, she provided very great help like helping to carry our luggages and ordered food delivery for us. Even though the location is awesome for edae, I wouldn't book here anymore unless I'm on a tight budget.
