I bring my family to Niagara Falls for a vacation week and we booked this hotel outside in Niagara Falls because it was close to the Fatima shrine and the Falls and also, we were looking for a hotel that serves back breakfast and in their description of the hotel location and breakfast was exactly exactly what we were looking for. We get to the hotel we get to the hotel and there’s a sign no breakfast and I asked why don’t you have breakfast? I was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. The lady was sarcastic. She says we just don’t know, I told her one of the reasons from all the hotels we looked at is because they serve breakfast and the location she goes while we cancel breakfast but still on your website She was sarcastic again oh yeah, we’ll have to check that out. I was ready to leave and cancel, but we were tired after the long flight and not much of a choice during the summer season and Niagara Falls that late. We go on our room. It smelled terrible. It was dirty like they didn’t vacuum the rug and it looks like somebody slept in sheets the night before they just made the bed. I told the girl that upfront, but she said no those are clean sheets and they were just made, total total lie And I also said the room smelled she gave me a can of air freshener. I said you gotta be kidding. Me spray the room. This was the worst hotel room I ever was in with over 50 years of traveling all over the world, Europe, North America, South America, etc. this was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in and I highly recommend nobody and I mean nobody book this hotel I made a mistake book in this hotel. I’m passing on the truth about this Hotel, so you the next visitor in the area do not waste your money because if you book This hotel you’ll be sorely disappointed and a waste of money

Reception stuff not friendly or helpful. Room is smelly, bed sheets are covered in hair, not sure if they ever change them, same applies to pillows. Dirty bathrooms, urine smell, dirty floors and dirty bathtub. Breakfast is not offered here, regardless of the advertisements. Location is good, close to the parks and good restaurants.

Smell in the room could make you sickness. The AC is not working, no tooth paste, tooth brush. The hotel just gave you few towels and you have to reuse them because no one will take a look at the room daily. I stay in the hotel for 4 days and there is no room services. I won't be there any more.
