The floor has moisture. no floor mats. The room is so dark even in the morning. NO slippers which is basic in almost all places in Japan. NO working table. NO single chair,

We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Kyoto, and while the location was convenient—just a few blocks from Kyoto Station—the experience was a bit mixed. Our room was on the 4th floor, but the elevator only went up to the 3rd floor, so we had to carry our luggage up a narrow staircase, which was a bit inconvenient. We booked two rooms, both compact but suitable for two adults and a child. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had a noticeable cigarette smell. On the plus side, both rooms and bathrooms were tidy and well-maintained when we arrived. The area surrounding the hotel is great, with several restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to find food or essentials. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the issue with the cigarette smell and the elevator situation could be improved.

Thank you for allowing us to access the apartment much earlier than the check-in time. We managed to enjoy Osaka more hours on our first day arrival. Appreciate the owner provided the iron and iron board as per requested. Prompt reply each time we sent an email.
