The place was nice plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. Always clean .

The Indian woman clerk is very rude. I had returned from being out with family due to my father's passing. When I went to the restroom, all the towels, including the ones I hadn't used, were gone. I asked," If you can, please note that all towels were taken out of the room, so I'm not charged." She screams at me in front of others that are in the lobby. I told her several times, "Why are you yelling at me for asking you to make a note about missing towels?" She said, "The towels were needed upstairs, and don't you have your own." I was very upset, and when walking away, she ran around the counter saying, "You're the one that's yelling!" While she yelling. I returned to the room very upset, returned to the front desk, and took her picture. After taking her photo, she changed her behavior towards me. She became friendly and asked, "If I needed help?" The rest of the staff was very friendly from the start to the end of my visit. I will recommend this hotel if she changes her behavior because the rest of the stay is very pleasant.

I don't know the gentlemans name but I stayed for damn near a week. And every time I went to renew my reservation this man didn't not know what he was doing. Lost my reservation, even tho I had already checked in that night before with the wonderful woman who works night. And after she programmed my keys this man deactivated them because he didn't read his notes left behind for him. I WAS ALREADY CHECKED IN. Then another instance he told me the travel company who I booked with paid them and some how the money was returned but my end was paid and reserved. He said it was my problem and he can't do anything about it and I needed to call them so I can tell the travel company to pay them. I am sorry. My end was done. With confirmation emails I am not doing his job for him. And he stated again it's not his problem. Then had the nerve to smerk at me when I walked to the lobby again. This is the worst I have ever had with hotels and I have been renting then since I was 18 and I am 40. BUT THE PLACE AND THE OTHER EMPLOYEES ARE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL

Standard room for standard price. Centrally located in Victoria and ideal spot for a business traveler.

breakfast was great with eggs, potatoes, sausage, toast, coffee, etc. we stubbed are toes on bed legs a few times. all in all it was comfortable, clean and quiet.
