Incentra Village Guest House

The location is perfect...everything else is not. We did not get proper communication or instructions regarding entry, codes, etc. until we arrived. Had there been delays or emergencies on our end, we would have been unable to enter. We knew the home and space would be old, yhe problem is it was dirty and unkempt. The bed was a double and extremely uncomfortable, mold lined the edge of the windows, sink, and shower. The toilet not only was tiny and low to the ground but it also wasn't secure so it the wall and when you sat down or got up it banged against the wall. The floors were not swept or mopped, rug was not vacuumed and the mini fridge smelt. The staff was nice enough but unprofessional and when directing us to our room, walked in and stood there awkwardly. We would not recommend or stay again.

Beautiful, clean, room with good facilities (fridge, toaster, microwave, cutlery, coffee maker, both room and central heating, etc.) and great hospitality in a convenient location five minutes from 14th street station and within walking distance of Chelsea market, high line, various parks, etc. Would recommend to anyone looking for something in this budget range.
