I will definitely go back on my next trip! I have a wonderful stay, the room is very clean along with basic facilities such personal ref, microwave, coffee maker and water heater… and yeah, very comfy bed. The location is just few minutes from bus and tube station. And most of all the very warm accommodation and hospitality of Hotel Staff (Ms. Siobhan Quirk) :-)

1) The location is fantastic. 2) The room may be cramped if theres more than 2 people. 3) the toilet is small but it serves its purpose. 4) some reviews complain about the tv but its got chromecast so you can just cast from your phone or tab. 5) the room is cold though. The heater was far from the bed but the bedding is thick enough to warm you up at night. 6) the kitchen is godsend for leftovers (if any) as theres a microwave. However, if the kitchen wasnt there, Itll give more space in the room. But, if you want to warm meals and eat with family, the kitchen is good. 7) staff are approachable and available at all times of the day (online and offline). So.. go if ure not fussy. Yes its a ‘hotel’ but its more of a hostel-like hotel BUT it has its perks.

There was no toilet paper, no shampoo or shower gel and the "included breakfast" was a piece of bread only..
