Wonderful location. Can easily walk to nearby attractions. I had to ask for a change of room. I booked for a twin bed but given a a double only, then when I asked for it to be changed I was given an accessible room but I didnt book for that. I hope staff could double check what the customer has booked before assigning a room. I didnt want to complain further and have it changed again but I still told the staff I didnt request for an accessible room. No reaction from him.

Location is decent in Zone 2 but quite a distance away from the city centre. Room is good as expected with onsite parking next door at discounted rate. Staff could use a bit more smiling, otherwise good place to stay.

I booked under agoda and I thought I’d have a balcony room but Apparently you’d need to call them up in advance so that’s something to note. the window I had don’t open nevertheless amazing place I was able to cook and enjoyed my stay staff was nice upgraded my room so yeah lovely overall.
