Love the place! Size is perfect for a family of 3. Location is great. The only downside is their check in process. There’s no reception in the building so you have to give them your exact arrival time so someone can give the room key (which I failed to do). So we did an online check in procedure that’s very inconvenient. They didn’t give instructions in advance on how to do it. I had to call their number and it took so long for them to send the check in form and instructions and before giving the gate code we had to pay the additional fee first and we were already freezing outside with a toddler. Take note, the booking has already been paid full and yet they won’t let us in before paying the additional fee that they just mentioned days before our check in date. But all in all, the apartment is great. You just really have to coordinate with them your exact check in time.
