26.05.05Room was very clean and property is well kept. Beds were very comfortable!! The balcony is not really a balcony at all. It's a place to stand with a huge AC unit taking up most the space with no chairs. I wish it was a little closer to more activities, and then I would not have cut my stay short. While checking in at the front desk, another lady rudely cut in front and started to inquire about her own issue. Instead of staff telling the lady to wait until she was done checking ME in, the staff completely disregarded my check in process and started helping the other lady that rudely cut and interrupted. Staff should have told lady to wait until we were done. That was a huge turn off and caused me to start instantly looking at somewhere else to stay. The breakfast buffet is NOT GOOD. Save your money and go eat somewhere else. Was woken up at 6AM to super loud music playing, and lots of tourists of a certain country and demographic that stay here, and those guests can be quite rude. I'd stay again if I needed a quick, last minute option, but I believe there are better properties around for equal or lesser value, with more attentive staff, and in better locations. Keep looking before settling on this place.
26.05.04 I liked the hotel and have been staying there, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, supporting staff
