After some issues with the booking, and being quoted a different amount I ended up with a double booking and paying for this place nearly twice the amount. Apartment was pretty basic, with a great view of Pattaya on the 39th floor. The facility was clean, and although I didn’t use the pool (too many Russians in bikini bottoms, and I mean the men), the gym was a decent. Lifts were slow, and there were line ups at times. Aircon unit was so loud I could not use it. Bedding had a musty odor to it, and towels were rather ratty. Location was good, and area quiet, except for the Russians. Other than that I would not stay there again.
