Very good location, clean, good facilities, easy check in. There was some noise when people next door showered but it wasn’t very disruptive. In general very good apartment. I’d stay again.

It’s the second time we stayed in a year for our leisure trips to Madrid. Close to major tourist attractions and easy to reach by public transport. Bowls for soup or salad were not available in our first stay but this time bowls were available. The management team also responded to our emails requesting some minor maintenance work in the apartment quickly and the works were done the next day. The only issue with this deluxe two-bedroom apartment is the super long corridor between the dining room and the bedrooms. There was also no facial tissue paper in the apartment. The lift is very small and occasionally it did not work, probably because some tenants didn’t close the lift door tightly on their floors. Many a time the uber service cannot reach the entrance of the building and we almost always had to wait at the corner of the street for uber. This could be difficult if you are handling large luggages. Overall, this is quite a nice place to stay in Madrid with all the things you need for a holiday home.

Central location. Reception staff extremely helpful when I am having problem receiving link from email and having to change room for the following day.
