23.08.08 This place is nice and cute on the outside. But inside the rooms is pretty much similar to staying in a hostel but for a lot more money. Honestly the hostels I've stayed in were a lot cleaner. This place was gross and dirty. The room was barley cleaned after the guest before us left. I messaged them to let them know that it was pretty dirty and if they could fix it the next day by cleaning the bathroom of all the hair on the wall and floors.
They apologized but the hair was still stuck on the walls, place also can use a bit of an update. I was grossed out. Even the bed linen were stained you can smell they were washed but the stains were pretty gross.
I know it's not some fancy resort, but I paid a good amount for this area and had expectations. If I wanted to stay on a place that was a 2star hostel rating I would have and would have saved a lot more money.
The breakfast is really not good either and honestly after seeing is the rooms as are I wouldnt trust their kitchen.
Other thing they advertise queen bed but it's really just two twins pushed together and makes it so uncomfortable in the middle. We read the reviews and thought some tourist might just be a little much, but after being here def believe all the reviews. Wouldn't stay here again
22.12.18 Everything great here. Lovely pool to dip in right outside the room. Breakfast on the balcony, or by the pool or in the restaurant, your choice. Friendly staff, efficient service. Very comfy bed. Good location to explore Ubud. 100% recommend
25.03.16 It was a disappointment when I was informed by the hotel staff that private pool is under maintenance during checking in. The resort should know on this issue and shouldn’t advertise in the advertisement!!
