Nice clean room, near to the city. The problem is that the pricing of this unit is inaccurate. The agoda price is different than the host prices and be prepared that the host will ask additional payment. Overall, the unit is clean and overlooking, the host is responsive.

I've been booking accommodations through Agoda and this one was the worst so far. I booked a room to stay for a night and found this room through Agoda with a discounted price then paid online. When I arrived, the host and the owner told me that they have a problem with Agoda because the price is lower there and they wanted me to add almost double the amount that I already paid. They said that they will not let me in or accommodate me if I would not add the certain amount that they wanted. They even made me feel that I was to blame because why did I book through Agoda where the price is cheaper. The host even left me while we are still talking and trying to negotiate. The owner was very rude and even dropped the call. It was so inconvenient, hassle and I was so stressed because they wanted me to follow what they wanted and I left no choice so I paid the additional because I needed rest and sleep but I did the otherwise instead. The room was the worst because the aircon was not working well and the place was not well maintained. I will never recommend KC Studio again!

Nag book ako online pero pag dating ko na parang reception nila siningil ako nang dagdag bayad sa staff ng unit kc daw di daw cla ng promo at di daw nila contact ang agoda app. Nkakadismaya...pero ang lugar at room maganda naman pero may isa elevator sira.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TENANT. They will charged you for the rate ***/day and not based on what you have paid in Agoda nor in ***. Instead you save for booking it earlier 3 weeks they’ll ask you to pay the original price. This tenant should be banned here and all other platforms.

Book a unit for 3nights for *** here on agoda app, but when we arrive the host insist that we should pay *** per night or else we can cancel the room and look for another place to stay. so at the end we end up paying 1,500 per nights. I realy dont know who has the problem , if its the agoda or the host. Much better to look for another unit IMO.
