25.08.20The hotel is well designed, with the property spread across multiple small buildings that give it a relaxed, open feel. The reception area is especially attractive, decorated with Moroccan-style lights. There is a small bar and a good restaurant on-site. My room included breakfast, which was made-to-order from a menu rather than a buffet, and I appreciated the quality. The air conditioning worked very well, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful.

24.07.05 Big disappointment, staff not welcoming, they appeared to be overworked. Arrived for Checkin at 3pm but room wasn’t ready until 5pm. Room wasn’t checkin ready. A dirty towel was left behind the bathroom door. It was an admittedly busy weekend in Taos and management did not consider the consequences of not being staff ready.

From the time we checked in (Thank you Susie for your wonderful service!) to the time we checked out, the accommodations were clean, modern, and comfortable. You won’t be disappointed with their excellent service either! I highly recommend this property!
