26.04.21 The Superior king room had a comfortable bed, nice bathroom and was very clean. I like that a coffee maker was included with a good amount of coffee. I felt very safe and relaxed at the property. The only downside was that agoda failed to disclose to me that their was a $20 a night amenities fee. Upfront pricing is important and impacts what hotel I choose. Agoda failing to disclose the amenities fee violates California upfront pricing laws.
26.04.14 Edward has been at the front desk every time I’ve checked in (4x). I really like this place. It’s not snazzy on the outside, and it’s not opulent, but the rooms are perfect. They’re very clean and efficient.
The staff is very courteous and helpful…really accommodating. The morning breakfast is just fine: always egg bites and pastries.
Parking is not SF expensive. $30/night. There are lots of parking restrictions in the area, so it’s convenient…and there’s a security guard.
I highly recommend this place.
And, the Agoda deals are the best I’ve found.
