22.11.06 It was sufficient for a couple nights in the lower east side, but the hotel needs an overhaul.... Everything is VERY dated and old....such as the furniture, paint jobs, carpets, smells, etc. They allow smoking in the rooms and it lingers in the halls and rooms and stinks. Again, we have stayed here a couple times and it is good enough for a couple nights due to the price and location, but the owners should invest in upgrades. At least new beds, furniture, paint jobs, carpets, thorough clean, etc. The staff are always wonderful and helpful.

22.06.15 Given expensive hotels in Manhattan, I guess I got what I paid.
The hotel is close to public transportation stations, and Chinatown for Chinese food.
The hotel staff is nice.
But shower water volume is too small, and you cannot make it bigger.
