Great stay

Stayed one night. Our room was on the 3rd floor with the restaurant exhaust fans venting directly into our room from the balcony. The smell was terrible. Complained and was told the hotel was full so we could not be moved into another room. On our departure I talked again with the receptionist and she talked to her manager and dropped the resort fee for the night. The elevators were out of use numerous times. Went to the rooftop bar and had to walk 10 flights of stairs. View was lovely but overall I would not recommend this hotel.

Have been going here for a good few years now. Feel it is becoming a bit overpriced since changing from Grand Plaza to Belleweather. Although there have been upgrades carried out Certain aspects still need to be addressed to justify the room rates.

coudlnt use it as I had no reservation. next time maybe i will with reservation. and no lucky, weather wasnt good.

Everything is beautiful and comfortable
