The hotel was very clean, but unfortunately our stay was disappointing. Every request we made, such as asking for a room on the upper floor, was simply denied. Even though the room was ready, the young lady at the front desk during the day shift rudely refused to check us in earlier, so after driving four hours we still had to wait 45 minutes outside on the street. In the end, they gave us probably the worst room: right next to the breakfast area, which was very noisy starting at 6 a.m., and with a bathroom window opening directly into a hallway. Unfortunately, the young receptionist in the day shift was very inexperienced and showed no care for the guests. To be fair, the lady in the evening shift was very polite, but by then it was too late to fix the situation.
