아부타/샬레 아이비

호텔이 너무 깨끗하고 온천 등의 부대시설과 서비스가 최고입니다. 특히 조식이 대단히 훌륭했습니다. 호텔 직원들은 대부분 친절하고 상냥하게 고객들을 응대했는데 특히 레스토랑의 직원들은 항상 밝은 미소로 다정스럽게 맞이했습니다. 일주일 가량 머물면서 너무 행복했습니다. 호텔의 위치는 시내 중심부에 위치해있어서 생활하는데 불편이 없었습니다. 그랜드 히라후 스키장 리프트와 곤돌라까지는 도보로 충분히 걸을 수 있는 거리입니다. 그러나 우리 부부는 스키 장비를 호텔 스토리지에 무료로 보관하였으며, 스키장으로 오갈 때는 호텔셔틀버스 기사님이 항상 대기하고 있어서 오가는데 불편한 점이 전혀없었습니다. 참고로 아이보리 색깔의 아이비샬레 셔틀이 다른 어떤 호텔의셔틀버스보다 예쁘고 귀엽습니다. 우리나라 대한민국과 가까운 곳에 일본이 있고 훗카이도가 있다는 것이 너무 좋습니다. 내년에는 알프스로 가기때문에 갈 수 없지만 꼭 다시 방문하겠습니다. 직원들 모두 건강하고 행복하십시오. 감사합니다.

Always happy to stay at Chalet Ivy. Our forth time. But this time we had a courtyard view and saw nothing but the other part of their building. We usually had a lovely view. Room small, but bathroom is nice. We miss the Gluhwein. Love the Onsen.

The breakfast needs to be improved.

We are a family of four with two boys, ages 8 and 11. We stayed in the suite with the onsen bath. We found the room to be very spacious for the four of us. The website states a pull out couch for the kids, but it really felt like more of a cot. The boys were very comfortable and appreciated having their own TV and a privacy screen to close off the living space from the bedroom. The breakfast was delightful every morning, although it can be cramped during peak hours. So, plan accordingly. The gym and laundry facilities were very nice. The onsen space was nice and clean. Perfect for after a morning of snowboarding. We have no complaints and would gladly stay here again.
