26.05.25We only staying overnight at the HHP as we arrive late at night and left early in the morning to Te Anau. The after hours check in instructions are clear and easy to follow. The room is a compact but clean.

26.05.14The hotel does not do housekeeping unless you stay more than 4 days and if you want to change towel or top up the toiletries you have to go to their counter and do it yourself everyday. Bear in mind that they close at 7pm and they don’t have contact to call or message and you can only email them. Also our room is supposed to fit 3 ppl but they gave two small soap and two small btl of shampoo and expect it’s enough for us to use. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

26.04.22The compact rooms have a kitchenette, but the best thing about this place is its location near the Skyline Gondola and many of Queen Sound's attractions, all within walking distance without needing a car.
