I stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had an issue with the air conditioning in my room. Despite informing the front desk, the problem was not resolved during my stay. This made the room uncomfortable, especially during the warmer hours. I expected quicker and more effective service from the staff. Overall, disappointed with the lack of responsivenes.
