26.05.29This hotel was very well situated for our early morning flight out of Catania international airport. The hotel is a very short shuttle ride (free) from the airport. There is a great Pizza restaurant (Simpson’s) a couple blocks away and great deli / gelateria nearby. Restaurant upstairs for breakfast included. Rooms inside were a bit sparse but quite comfortable

26.04.30Overnight stay ahead of flights the next day. Traffic around the airport was busy on a Monday morning so we were glad for only a 5 minute drive from departures. Hotel pool was closed which was a shame and there was no kettle/coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Very large bedroom and we had a small balcony with a view over an old factory. The balcony could have done with a second chair. There was a massive desk area under the TV but no power sockets!!
