26.03.07 Definatly in the heart of the Old Quarter. The sounds & sights of the local market & busy Ha Noi street is right at your door. The streetsxare lively, but the backvallys are quiet.
Somehow the hotel stays calm & clean & sedate amongst the organised chaos that is Ha Noi. Great rooms, very well stocked & comfortable. Staff are friendly, cheerful & helpful. The breakfast buffet was very authentic Ha Noi food too.
26.02.20 Room smaller than listing. Eventually went through A25 reservations not the hotel to resolve. Reception didn't speak English only google translate. Building showing it's age. Unpleasant arriving to this hassle. Hard mattress breakfast not great
25.05.14 I did not like the location, because outside the hotel is market and it is not nice. When we arrived in hotel, the stuff greeted us and helped to get the luggage to the hotel. But the stuff did not know English, so we had to use google translator to understand each other. The good thing is that we stayed on the 14th floor and we did not hear the loud noices of Hanoi. The interior was renovated but looks cheap.. In other Vietnam cities for this money you get better hotel.
25.03.21 If you love hot water in the morning, this your place. It seems endless. If your a big breakfast guy or gal you'll love 12 Ngô Sĩ Liên. You can't possible eat everything they have to offer. I love the place and the staff is willing and able to help with anything that might arise.
