The experience at Aurora Premier Hotel was beyond our expectations. This was actually a very last minute booking for a short layover, as we originally just wanted a place to freshen up and rest after a midnight ride. However, it unexpectedly turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences we had in Hanoi. We arrived around 8 to 9pm carrying several heavy bags, and before we could even properly enter the hotel, the staff were already at the door helping us with our luggage and bringing everything inside for us. It immediately made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The check in process was smooth and impressive. We simply handed over our passports and were then invited to take a seat while drinks and cold towels were served to us. After a long journey, this small gesture made a huge difference and felt incredibly thoughtful. Breakfast was fantastic with great coffee & a good variety and quality. We would also like to specially compliment the hotel manager, Ms. Wong, who was extremely warm, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. People often say not everyone is suited for hospitality, but she truly embodies what great hospitality should be. A true superstar. The room itself was very comfortable. The bed and pillows were cosy, the room was clean and well equipped, and we appreciated thoughtful details such as universal power plugs and TV on demand to relax and catch up on shows. Overall, Aurora Premier Hotel completely exceeded our expectations and turned what was supposed to be just a quick overnight stay into a genuinely memorable experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

Staff were all good english speakers, had very keen-to-detail personalities and made sure you are well attended (especially Mark, Moon and Alice). You are greeted with welcome drinks and refreshing towel upon arrival. AND the room they provided (as well as other spaces inside the hotel) was TRUE to its advertising online. Not like other hotels with hyperedited ads and photos. Aurora is legitimate and I'm happy my research efforts and this hotel matched. Traveled as a couple, we celebrated our anniversary in Hanoi. Aurora is most competitive in terms of location. WiFi was fast, TV had access to smart apps Youtube and Netflix. Finally, buffet breakfast. This is surprising - quality and variation exceeded my expectations for the price point. Will definitely choose Aurora again when we come back to Hanoi.

The staff are really friendly and attentive. The room is clean and comfortable. Location is excellent.

Five-star service! The hotel is beautiful and with great location but the attentive and friendly staff are the real stars. Would like to commend 1 particular staff, Ms Moon who attended to us the moment we arrived for check in. It was late night and she not just advised where we should head to for dinner and prompted us some restaurant need advance booking plus many other good trip advise. This extra mile service is truly amazing Not only that, every staff made our stay seamless and memorable. Highly recommend!
