파사렐라 호텔

The hotel is very close to Plaza de Espana and walking distance to Royal alcazar palace and the cathedral. The room is nice and clean with good size and overall had a good stay. Recommendation: to add some cushioning at the headboard as there is a protruding at headboard and me & my husband bumped our heads 3-4 times

I stayed on Sevilla's feria weekend so hotels were a bit more expensive than usual. Alejandro helped me checking in early at about 11am as the room was ready. Prefacing with the fact that I haven't told reception any of my problems, during booking I put the preference for a double bed but I was given a twin instead; the room on the pictures looked much nicer/newer than the room I was given, the flooring had gaps, the bathroom had stains around the door and the sink overflow hole was dirty/mouldy, few hairs on the floor and in the bathtub. I didn't feel like I was in a dirty place, linen and towels were clean, but the overall feel was of a dated hotel and I might be biased because I have worked in housekeeping at a 5 star luxury hotel. As I said I didn't tell the hotel at the time because I was going to stay just one night and needed to rest.

Clean and spacious room. hotel location was great, walkable distance to most of the tourist spots. Staff were also accomodating.

숙소에 습하고 쿰쿰한 냄세가 코를 진동하고, 방음이 너무 안되서 옆방에서 코고는 소리 다 들리고, 윗층 아랫층 샤워하는 소리 확성기에 댄듯이 무척이나 안됩니다. 장점을 찾자면, 뜨거운 물은 무척 잘 나옵니다.
