The lady at reception went over and above to get my father a room on the same floor as ours then delivered the key to our room. I wish I had gotten her name to thank her properly in the review. She’s a great credit to the hotel.

Honestly the best hotel to stay with kids. Single parent travelled with a very energetic 8 year old boy and this hotel had everything both of us wanted: kayaking, water motorboat, tennis, playground, swimming, spa (for me!) and so much green space he could play football all day long. I’m already looking at our next stay at this hotel. Staff were amazing, location impeccable and all the water activities were reasonably priced. Definitely recommend this place!

My room was tired and tatty, no heating, would not recommend

Nice location, a cold room (no heating) and unhelpful reception staff. Shame as I had heard better things, will not stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel 5 times and I just love the place. The staff are always amazing. It was my birthday on the 28th of February, got offered free drinks to my by the lovely manager Jea.
