23.02.13 The bookings for February were made in November 2022, but when we arrived, they said they had no trace of them. This resulted in terrible confusion and a somewhat irate hotel manager. When I found the email confirming the booking, suddenly they found our reservation, but our rooms had been given away. We ended up in very cramped rooms with 2 double beds and no room to move. Will definitely never go back.

22.07.25 Just right, easy, handy & local to all shops. Clean, tidy & has all the basics which was helpful. Staff very friendly & welcoming upon arrival. Fitted well with my budget definately returning.😊
23.05.19 * My understanding was that I had booked a room with king size bed. Room I was given had queen size bed.
* The duvet was thin and had no sheet underneath it but instead on top. As duvet wasn't entirely clean I changed sheet fro top to underneath duvet.
* I like sleeping in a reasonably cold room but had to keep heater on because duvet cover very thin and no extra duvet in room.
* Staff very friendly
