22.10.02The bed and mattresses causes some skin rashes. Seems like the bed sheets is not clean.

22.08.08The room is spacious, with kitchen and sink. But the aircon is turning off every hour. I think the aircon unit is too old thats why it is defective. We need to restart every now and then during our whole stay. It is raining during our 1st and 2nd night and the rain water from the balcony flows inside our room. There are no any rugs in the room that we can use to sweep the floor. We called frontdesk many times but is unreachable and the number is always busy. Internet connection is also fluctuating during the night.

23.10.30Molds in bathroom ceiling, clogged bathroom drain, no toiletries, no plastic liner in trash cans. Stayed for 4 days, room was never cleaned.

23.08.17Bath room drainage and wash basin were plugged. I had to request for towels . Tv only 1 channel operation. No microwave on August 15, 16 snd final microwave on August 17;evening. Im checking out on August 18 morning. Plus I use walking cane . Needed help with my groceries bags no help from the security officer at the entrance or receptionist all they did was bow there heads. The room was not prepared before we arrived o August 15. I give this hotel a 1 rating with respect.
