I got what I paid for. Satisfied.

The hotel situated in a strategic location which is central in D1. The staffs are friendly. The facilities are great but without breakfast. You don't need that in Bui Thi Xuan as the area is surrounded with great food from street food to restaurants. Plenty of coffee shops in walking distance including the infamous Little Hanoi for its Egg Coffee is just around the corner. Overall summary that all travellers need to know: 1. Hotel location 9/10. Walking distance in radius of 2 km to famous locations like Ben Thanh Market, War Remnant Museum, Saigon Square, Bui Vien Street, etc. 2. Food accessibility 9/10. Walking distance to great street foods, restaurants from Local to Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Taiwan, and Western like Pizza, Burgers, and lots of coffee shops - Highland, Passio, Starbucks, Little Hanoi, and many more. 3. Convenient stores 10/10 having Circle K and Family Mart and GS 25 just next and opposite to the hotel. 4. Hotel facilities 8/10 having good WiFi and hot water for bath. Lift a little bit small but usual for Hotels in this area. 5. Transport 10/10. Easy to get Bike, Car, Limo, and near to local bus company too - Thanh Cong Travel. Overall, this hotel is good. Rate at 8.5/10.

Ac leaking water. Toilet is slow and bathroom is gross. I would spend a little more to stay at better hotel. I ended up checked out early and went to another one. If you just want real cheap and dont care about the cleaniness than its for you.

I booked online the Premium Deluxe room and got the emails confirming my booking with complete pay. But when receving room, they gave me the low grade room with the reason My selected room is "OVER-booked" and had been reserved for others clients !
