This is a fantastic resort! I would highly recommend this place and it’s facing the east so you will wake up with the sunrise and the staffs are incredible special thanks to K. Mild for the wonderful assistance since the day we checked in until we checked out. And also to K. Nuch and the other staff i didn’t catch her name, they were an amazing therapist. We will be back soon for sure! Thank you so much. PS. The butter cookies really catch me so bad haha

We were very impressed with the front of house staff. The breakfast was fantastic. The lunch and dinner was below par, as well as the serving staff. Both times we got very unfriendly service. The pool needs refurbishment. It wasn't very acceptable that we couldn't get chang beer at lunch for 2 days, yet the mini bars got filled with chang everyday. Also spring rolls are a staple and should be available at lunchtime. My aircon didn't work properly all week, even after it was serviced. But overall we what a great stay, and loved the cooking class.

The rooms are clean but the place is missing a wow factor . Maybe because we came from a family owned beautiful resort this didn’t quite hit the spot . We had dinner first night in the restaurant and for the money we paid we would def expect better quality . Luckily there’s a little street with local places just behind the hotel so we opted for some yummy meals outside . Pool is very secluded , some rooms have door etc access to it but because of that it almost feels like you in those guests space . We haven’t used it as it felt awkward . Beach towels seen better days. The beach is nice , with shallow water and easy access Overall decent stay but considering the price tag we didn’t feel like it was very special

Burirasa Phangan is a peaceful retreat in a fantastic location. While the hotel feels calm and relaxing, it is also close to some lovely shops and restaurants if you fancy going out for dinner. The hotel also provides evening entertainment, which adds a nice touch to the stay. What truly makes this place special is the staff — they are the heart of the hotel. Warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming, they make you feel completely at home from the moment you arrive. For the price, this hotel is a true gem. A wonderful place to stay if you are looking for comfort, great service and a beautiful setting on Koh Phangan.
