We arrived at the hotel and where warmly welcomed, the staff is really friendly and helpfull, one small detail: there are not many English speaking staff, at the reception we met Tom his English was good and he was really helpfull! Over all I would defenitly recommend this hotel!

Sit at the central location which is helpful to finding food and necessities, and reasonable walkable distance to zhang jiajie national park east gate. Has a service center which helped with the booking for the attractions which is super helpful for fuss free booking

Stayed for four nights and it was just fabulous!!!! The room is huge and besides the twin beds, there's also a day bed. Breakfast is good with a lot of choices but it'll be nice if they can vary the menu a bit as I've been eating the same thing for 4 days haha... As for location, it's just wonderful!!! There are street stalls just outside the hotel and a little walk down, there are restaurants, cafe and convenient store. We accidentally found a restaurant called "Happy Meal" and were so satisfied with their food that I really have to recommend it. Tianzi Lu and Wuling Lu which has a lot of restaurants and some shops are just about 15-20 mins walk from the hotel. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I ever visit Wulingyuan in the future.

Had to book this executive room because it was the qingming peak period and normal rooms were sold out. Room was huge, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, had eggs and noodle station. For lounge access, teatime was coffee and some cakes/fried snack. Dinner had western and Chinese option. Western option was small but chinese option had a lot of food (rice, vegetable, sanxiaguo and stir fried pork). It is the same everyday though. Convenient location, possible to walk to East entrance or can take a Didi. Can walk out to see the night lights too
