Good location, but be careful not always car parking available. For the price secure parking is essential, other option, park on street.

Staff are the best and rooms are very clean

Was not warned about a security deposit. Apparently a new policy had come in recently but is not specified anywhere on the booking page. I did not have enough money (I was 50 short) to cover it. Was told the 150 deposit was solely for the mini bar, I requested that the mini bar be removed then as I had nowhere else to stay. The lady who seemed to be in charge flat out refused my request, cutting me off by saying that it was to counter the increasing amount of credit card fraud. I was not sure how that related to me, I had all the necessary identification with matching debit card. Kept repeating policies and was not open to discussing alternative options. I overheard her and her other member of staff gossiping about Mee in the other room which made me feel completely unwelcome. It’s a shame since the last time I stayed here I had nothing but a positive experience. I ended up sleeping in the park around the corner as I was already charged in full by Agoda.. In my experience staying and working in hotels, it’s standard m practice to look after returning guests or at least express concern for their well-being but in this instance I was only met with contempt.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our first anniversary and it was beautiful! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were luxurious. Perfect location too being so close to the city.

Had a great stay at the apartment! Kitchen facilities and own shower room. Huge room and great staff. A little out from centre but plenty to do around.
